Mall restaurants often don't get the credit they deserve, but Zen's contemporary Cantonese cuisine has won them loads of accolades and loyal diners. Points go to the stylised decorations with the right restraints. While dim sum lunches are packed with the usual office crowd, the evening menu, with one of the best crispy skinned chickens in Hong Kong and stir friend garoupa, steals the show.
