Fu Tei Bookstore

Much like Chinese University of Hong Kong located in Shatin and the University of Oxford situated in Oxford, the Lingnan University in Tuen Mun has become an attraction of this neighbourhood. In particular, the Fu Tei bookstore has become a popular destination for book-lovers. Unlike many university bookstores, this shop is run by students, hence, lacking in the commercialism found in many other stores in Hong Kong. The interests of the students are reflected in the selections of books found here, with subjects such as film, philosophy, literature, music and much more. Events are also regularly held at the Fu Tei bookstore, making it a great place to socialise.
