This historic shop is Hong Kong’s only remaining manufacturer that produces soy sauce the traditional way. First established in 1917 as Mee Chun, Kowloon Soy has had a physical store in Central since the 1960s, where they still sell soy sauce, pickles, and fermented tofu to this day.
