Because the best way to keep illness away is to stay healthy and collected, reconnect your body and mind at The Upper House this March with a series of wellness activities designed to balance your life. On March 22, catch yoga teacher Janith Chang's dynamic flow and strength series. Finish the 60-minute session with restful mindfulness practice. The class is suitable for all levels for noobs and experts are welcome!
