Run HK Charity Race

This November, Run HK is putting on its third annual charity race to support refugees in Hong Kong. Anyone aged 12 or older can sign up for a 19k or 14k run, either as an individual or as a team of two, while kids can join either a 1.5k or 3k run. All courses go through lush Tai Tam Country Park starting at 8.30am. This is the biggest fundraiser for the non-profit, which rehabilitates vulnerable refugees through sports and education programmes. The refugees involved in the programme play an integral role in organising the event, too, from creating trophies for the winners to helping to organise the race on the day itself.
