Self Fitness Studio is found by Bonita Kong, who is the in-house Pilates and Garuda instructor. Garuda is a cardiovascular exercise which emphasises mental focus and relaxation as its goal. The studio is equipped with an array of workout equipment that supplements the many different classes for clients – ranging from beginner to athlete level.
