Dare to challenge your endurance and cardio? Choose between a 2.2K swim, 8.5Km run, or a 9km paddle (on surf ski or outrigger) as you race across Big Wave Bay to Shek O Back Beach. For a group challenge, split the running and paddling races between friends to make up a relay team. This year, kids also get to try their hand and participate in a 600m swim race. Cheer on friends and family and wind down with beach water polo and barbecue with live music.
