Hailed as the city's first 'adult-themed carnival', 18+ is shaping up to be just perfect amount of ridiculous. The 'naked' painter Pricasso is going to be there. That's probably reason enough to go. But, if for some reason it's not, there's also going to be a load of titillating stage shows, a fancy dress party, a marketplace and some softer, entry-level adult entertainment.
