ABC Cooking Studio

ABC Cooking Studio started in Japan, but quickly expanded throughout Asia, now with multiple branches in Hong Kong. They offer baking, cooking, wagashi, and kids classes, all centred around making great Japanese food. All their classes feature a large array of dishes that change every month, covering classics like tempura and karaage to bento boxes and Japanese cheesecake, meaning you’ll almost always be making something fun and new when you go to the studio. To try their classes, you’ll need to get a membership in one of their stores, after which you’ll have access to their class schedule, and can sign up from there. They also have trial classes if you’re still deciding whether to get the full-time membership.
