Time Out says

Aqua Restaurant Group’s sailing vessel Aqua Luna is a wooden junk boat known as Cheung Po Tsai in Cantonese, named after the 19th-century Chinese pirate. The junk operates in Victoria Harbour and was launched in 2006 with cruises available in the day and night to view Hong Kong from the waters.
