Cocktail lovers, unite. After the huge success of the inaugural Wing Lei Bar quarterly global mixology exchange event, Wynn Palace Cotai’s bar is returning with the second volume of Wing Lei Bar & Friends. From March 13 to 14, the hotel’s bar will host international mixologists from six cities with huge bartending scenes – New York, London, Bangkok, Singapore, New Delhi, and Jakarta – who will showcase innovative cocktails over two evenings.

Centred on the theme ‘Liquid Culture: How Global Hotspots are Shaking Up the Cocktail World’, the two-day cocktail event spotlights Macau as a meeting point where the world’s top bar talents connect and collaborate. Echoing that spirit, Wing Lei Bar’s latest Unity menu, which will also be available at the event, draws on the bar’s previous collaborations with global mixologists and reimagines classic cocktails as contemporary creations.

On March 13, the programme kicks off with Wing Lei Bar’s own Mark Lloyd showcasing creations from the hotel bar’s Unity menu. As the night continues, guests can expect to sip on exclusive cocktails from visiting bartenders such as Peter Chua from Singapore’s Night Hawk (No. 77 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025) and Vijay Mudaliar from Native (No. 45 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025), Matteo Cadeddu and Phu Rongsa-ard from Bangkok’s Opium (No. 43 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025), and Ben Yabrow from New York’s Sip & Guzzle (No. 39 World’s Best Bars 2025).

The second day begins with a panel discussion led by Lloyd on “The Death or Rebirth of the Classic Cocktail”. Once the sun sets, the event’s revelry picks up with guest shifts featuring Shankie and Rajneesh Barthwal from New Delhi’s No Vacancy, Fransiska Putri and Adika Ahad from Jakarta’s Modernhaus (No. 12 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025), and Jack Soti from London’s Archive & Myth (No. 18 UK’s Top 50 Cocktail Bars 2026), each pouring out creative cocktails.

In addition to sipping on creations from international mixologists, guests will also receive a surprise pack of collectable stickers with each drink ordered. Not only do they make for great mementoes, but they’re also perfect icebreakers, as attendees can trade stickers with fellow guests to swap stories, compare favourites and build new connections. So what are you waiting for? Book your ferry ticket to Macau and join this exhilarating cocktail event.
