To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the popular Japanese cartoon Chibi Maruko-chan, MCP Central and MCP Discovery are dressing up the adorable character and her friends in Street Fighter gear!
Going into battle with characters like Chun Li, Ryu, Dhalsim, and more, Maruko-chan and her friends are ready to fight across six classic Street Fighter displays. You can also join in on the fight at interactive AR games, and explore Hong Kong’s first Chibi Maruko-chan x Street Fighter themed exhibition, which features retro arcade machines, character plush dolls, figures, and rare collectibles from Japan, including nine never-before-seen original character manuscripts.
Visitors can also check out the pop-up store offering over 100 Chibi Maruko Chan themed products such as masks, pyjamas and water bottles. The store also features the global debut of selected crossover items such as tote bags and T-shirts!
