Ginsanity is a casual, free-to-enter festival that shines a spotlight on over 100 boutique gins from around the world. You can sample different styles, knock back copious G&Ts, and even bring home your favourite bottles. Beyond the botanicals, the festival will have live entertainment and food and snacks. Bonus: Ginsanity is going green. There will be no single-use plastic cups, but you can bring your own drinking vessel, or purchase a Ginsanity commemorative cup for $30.
Head to PMQ from 4pm on May 8 until 10pm on May 9. Entry is completely free – good deal.
