MGM and Hong Kong's outdoor sports event, Iris: Your Escape, are teaming up to host a huge outdoor music and sports carnival in Macau for the very first time. Working in partnership with wellness travel initiative 'Urban Yo~ga Wellfest 2023' and the largest pop music event in Macau 'hush! Beach Concerts', the event will combine sports and music into one big celebration!
Attendees can immerse themselves in a marathon-style music festival on the beach, art installations, and a cultural and creative market. The event will also bring together over 40 renowned fitness and yoga instructors, including the beloved 'Sexyama' Choo Sung-hoon from Netflix's Physical: 100, Hong Kong yoga influencer Coffee Lam, Malaysian fitness instructor Jordan Yeoh, and many more. The venue will be divided into three thematic zones: Zen Garden, Fit District, and The Playground. Visitors can join various workshops such as yoga, fitness, dance, and meditation according to their preferences. Must-try activities include a 60-minute singing bowl meditation experience, a large-scale dance class with 200 participants, and a water paddleboard yoga class.
