One-Michelin-starred Tate Dining Room presents a one-night-only charity dinner collaboration with seven inspiring women in various fields together with Tate's chef and owner, Vicky Lau. Each of the ladies will showcase their culinary skills and share a one-course dish to the evening’s eight-course tasting menu. The International Women’s Day menu for the night is priced at $1,780.00. If guests would like to upgrade their dinner with a drink pairing, an additional $480.00 per guest will be available.
Part of the night's proceeds will be donated to yoga therapist Margaret Chung’s Beyond Foundation, an organisation dedicated for children with special needs in Hong Kong.
