Meditation is the latest wellness trend for Hongkongers. Join spiritual master Daniel Mitel as he leads participants on a journey to the heart at this group meditation exercise. Learn new methods of breathing, heart concentration, intuition enhancement, and most importantly, reconnecting with the soul and the universe through series of exercises. Proceeds from the event will be donated to ABLE, a charity that has spearheaded a tree planting campaign on Lamma island.
