The Korean chefs collaborate to serve a unique menu at Jinjuu
TV celebrity chef, author, UK Iron Chef champion and Jinjuu’s founder Judy Joo is returning to Hong Kong for the re-launch of the modern Korean joint in LKF. Joining her to cook up a special storm is Mina Park, founder of Sook, for two nights of fab modern Korean cuisine.
Dishes feature dumpings stuffed with truffle and mixed mushrooms, mackerel crudo, Korean style cold buckwheat noodles with seared Aussie beef tenderloin, plum wine granita and a ginseng green tea creme brulee. Even better, you can eat for a good cause as 10 percent of the dinner proceeds will be donated towards the Mother’s Choice charity.
