Located in Kam Tin, Ninja Force is Hong Kong’s first outdoor extreme fitness arena that spans over 18,000sq ft. The venue offers three courses with varying levels of difficulty – playground game, physical competition, and top competition – each with up to 20 challenges that will test your agility, balance, and strength. With 90-minute sessions and classes available for adults and children over eight years old, Ninja Force’s certified instructors will demonstrate the proper techniques and instruct you to complete the obstacle courses safely.
