For three short but thrilling hours, the music room at Potato Head will fiittingly play host to The Potato Enthusiast Association for an afternoon of whisky, music – specifically, U2's The Joshua Tree, Sinead O’Connor’s The Lion and The Cobra and a third album to be announced on the day – and potatoes, brought to you in their final, and most powerful form – chips.
