Salon du Chocolat

Calling all sweet tooths! From July 6 to 8 July, Salon du Chocolat brings one of the world’s biggest chocolate events to Hong Kong for the very first time. The event features the city’s first chocolate-themed fashion show, showcasing 15 couture dresses, made by graduates of the Hong Kong Design Institute and chefs from luxury establishments such as Ringo Chan, executive pastry chef of the Four Seasons. There’s also a Chocolate Sculpture Zone, which showcases life-sized choco-sculptures themed after Hong Kong culture and the year of the dog. Meanwhile, guests cans also sample award-winning creations during the live pastry show. And if you want to learn how to make your own cocoa creations, there are free workshops designed for both kids and grown-ups.
