Beat the summer heat this July and pop down to Scoop & Cone Gelato Fest at Airside. Bringing together nearly 20 of Hong Kong’s favourite gelato and dessert brands, the festival serves up more than 200 icy creations, ranging from classic Sicilian pistachio to unconventional flavours like fried garlic and coriander. There’ll also be a variety of playful treats, such as a traditional candy and coconut wrap with coriander ice cream, caramel tofu ice cream macarons, ice cream croissants, and plenty more – we won’t judge if you try them all.
