Time Out says

A day out on the ocean filled with fun, food and fish

What better way to understand the importance of the sustainability of the fish we eat than to get up close and personal on an actual boat?

Home Pop chef James Cornwall and sustainable seafood campaigners Choose Right Today have teamed up with some of Hong Kong’s top chefs for Seas The Day – a day out on the ocean filled with fun, food and fish!

Chefs Abreu Neto of Mandarin Oriental, Hilda Leung of Flavor-Works Cooking Studio & Flavor Mart, Geoff Marrett of Yardbird and Coco Chan of Voltage are joining forces to promote responsible sourcing of sustainable seafood.

Food will be in the form of tapas-style small plates, including Cloudy Bay diamond clam ceviche mixed with jalapeño, cucumber and topped with Yarra Valley salmon caviar, and Mt. Cook Alpine salmon poke salad tossed with avocados and a toasted sesame dressing.

Tickets can be purchased at home-pop.com and all proceeds go to Choose Right Today.
