Spotlight: Philippine Cinema 2017, a collaboration between Asia Society Philippines and Asia Society Hong Kong will be screening independently filmed movies at the Asia Society Hong Kong Center from 8th Feb - 14th Feb. 5 films will be shown during that 6 day festival which aspires to bring together locals and Filipinos alike. The second one "Entre Medio del Fin" which translates to (“In the Middle of an End”) speaks of the tales of a couple's struggles of surviving in the Philippines' deep south. “Imbisibol” (“Invisible”) showcases the tales of Filipino workers working and surviving in Japan.  The last one “Curiosity, Adventure and Love” depicts a 105-year-old woman's retelling of Philippines' untold historic war stories.
