

During this collaboration, diners will experience The Fire Within – Argentine Asado, an indulgent four-hands dinner ($1,980 per person) created by Amine Errkhis, head chef of The Steak House, and Sebastián Cardamon, chef of Fogón Asado. Together, they’ll prepare a five-course menu that showcases their shared passion for bold global flavours, open-fire cooking techniques, and most importantly, premium Argentine beef from the vast Pampas plains.
