Begin by nibbling on starters like deviled eggs, buffalo mozzarella salad, or asparagus and parmesan salad, all consisting of fragrant black truffles. As for mains, guests can feast on indulgent entrées such as roasted crispy porchetta, truffle-topped potato pizza, mac and cheese, and even truffle mushroom risotto prepared in a Parmesan wheel at the restaurant’s live station. Harbourside’s truffle-infused experience even continues into dessert, featuring ice cream, bonbons, and macarons, all expertly crafted by executive pastry chef Andy Yeung and his team.
