Learn more about sustainable seafood in Hong Kong at this special food market, where Hongkongers are invited to sample Hong Kong-style fish balls, locally-farmed pompano, indoor-farmed giant grouper and tuna wonton. All of which are made using sustainable seafood and served in recycled materials. As part of WWF Sustainable Seafood Week, you can also sign up for Aquaculture Tours (taking place on Nov 17-18 and 24-25) around areas like the Aberdeen Wholesale Fish Market & Lamma Fisherfolk’s Village Tour, as well as enjoy sustainable dishes at participating restaurants including Fishsteria and Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel.
