From July 14 to 15, The St. Regis Bar Macao will be hosting two fun-filled bar takeovers in celebration of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Kick off the festivities on the night before the big day from 11pm to 2am, as the sleek hotel bar collaborates with Singapore’s leading cocktail bar, Jigger & Pony, for a late-night party full of artisanal drinks. After the annual award ceremony wraps up on July 15, the bar will be hosting The Art of Mixology, where four of Asia’s best drinking dens will gather for a revelrous bar takeover. From 10pm to 12am, Erika Danielle and Jesse Vida from Singapore’s neighbourhood bar, Cat Bite Club, as well as Joel Poon and Ram Prasad of Malaysia’s modern cocktail bar, Reka:Bar, will pour out tantalising tipples. The fun carries on from 12am to 2am as Soko Son and Kyle Kim from South Korea’s premium bar, Soko, as well as Tom Hearn and Sine Suripat from Bangkok’s intimate drink destination, Vesper, wrap up the night with their crowd-pleasing cocktails.
