Time Out says

Known for its greenery and for being an art hub, Art Park in West Kowloon Cultural District is a prime spot for viewing the Victoria Harbour during sunset. If you are looking for something more than picnicking, you can rent a bike to ride around the area and stretch those legs. For art lovers, M+ Pavilion is an exhibition space which features small-scale exhibitions that change throughout the year. If packing a meal is too much hassle, there are also a number of pet friendly eateries nearby so you can get food on-site even if you bring along your furry friends.
