The guys behind Small Print Pizza Bar and have teamed up with Renton Carlyle-Taylor of The Milton Wine Shop and Toorak Cellars to bring you this brew house. The 150-seat venue will be dishing up gussied up counter classics (think porterhouse steak with wasabi mash, green beans and jus; pork rib eye schnitzels; and open beef ragu lasagne) alongside beer ready snacks like wings and grilled octopus. They've recruited head brewer Michael Stanzel – who is the first Australian to attain the Brewer and Maltster apprenticeship in Germany – to craft one-off brews for the pub. Work your way through a dark coffee brown ale; a West Coast style IPA and dry stouts. Not sure what you're going to like?
