What was once Meatball and Wine Bar is now Ines, a nod to classical, European wine bars where you're encouraged to lounge and linger all night. The wine list has seen a revamp by Ides sommelier Raffaele Mastrovincenzo, where there is also a premium by the glass selection available via Coravin. Cocktails are limited to classics and bottle service is also encouraged, where regulars can purchase entire bottles of spirits to do what they like with when they're on the premises. The food on offer is influenced by Italian flavours and is designed to share, featuring snacks such as fried and stuffed olives, crumbed calamari and a wagyu tonnato.
