There's no denying we've come a long way on the gluten-free front. Most places have alternatives on the menu for our coeliac friends, major supermarkets stock products that just keep getting better, and now the Mornington Peninsula is home to a dedicated gluten free taproom and brewery.
Twøbays Brewing Co produces seven gluten-free craft beers that you can get on tap, plus gluten-free wood-fired pizza.
Twøobays was founded by Richard Jeffares, who suffers from Coeliac disease, after seeing the inroads being made in gluten-free brewing in the USA. At his Mornington brewery they're using naturally gluten-free gains in the brewing process, like millet, rice and buckwheat.
