Shane Delia's hip hop kebab shop Biggie Smalls has been dishing out kebabs, chips and boozy milkshakes out of the Smith Street shop in Fitzroy and the roving food truck for several years now. Finally, Delia will be opening Biggie's first venue south of Yarra on September 28.

The second Biggie Smalls restaurant will settle into the Windsor side of Chapel Street and will be bringing along much of the original menu with it. Diners can expect the popular flaxseed falafel kebab, Biggie Smalls snack pack, and ice cream sandwiches made in-house for dessert. Feel like shaking up your order? Ask for the secret off-menu kebab called the ODB (named after Wu-Tang Clan's Ol' Dirty Bastard, naturally), which is filled a pork and prawn shumai, chilli jam mayo and pickled ginger slaw.

Delia is promising more of a bar feel for the Windsor venue. The eatery will be serving exclusive cocktails including one by gin makers Four Pillars Distillery that will change every season. Diners can also grab a fresh pint from the yet to open Melbourne brewery Brick Lane Brewery Co.
