In case you haven't noticed, a particularly nasty flu has been ripping through Melbourne like it's Contagion. Flu season has hit early this year, so if you were hoping to get through winter virus-free, then you better act fast.
Thankfully, it's the annual Day of Immunology (did you know there was one?) – otherwise known as Christmas for the flu-adverse. If you head down to the Melbourne Town Hall today from 10.30am-2.30pm, you'll receive a free flu vaccination as well as free coffee from St Ali Coffee.
Bookings are all filled up, but the friendly, jabby angels are happy to accept walk-ins. Be there before you feel that tickle in the back of your throat.
