And Milkcow is serious when they say watermelon. There’s no cakey, biscuit-based ice cream sandwiches here. Instead you’ll getting a hearty wedge of juicy watermelon with chocolate chip “seeds” filled with pretty pink watermelon soft serve and a sprinkle of pink Himalayan rock salt.
Plus it’s vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free meaning this is the closest you can come to calling an ice cream sandwich a health food.
Originally from South Korea, Milkcow have built up a reputation for serving super creamy, organic milk soft serve topped with things like fairy floss, jelly beans, macarons and their signature organic honey and honeycomb.
