Here’s some absolutely fabulous news. None other than Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley will be tottering down the red carpet for the Sydney and Melbourne premieres of the long-awaited Ab Fab movie.
The film reunites the full original cast including Julia Sawalha (Saffy), June Whitflied (Mother) and Jane Horrocks (Bubble). There’s also a long list of celebrity cameos, not least Kate Moss, whose unfortunate encounter with Edina drives the film’s plot.
The Melbourne event is on Tuesday August 2 at Village Crown. Be early to stake out your place by the red carpet and don’t forget the Bolly.
The film releases nationally on Thursday August 4.
