The boutique one-day music festival returns to Melbourne with a heap of local and international musicians under its wing
Start dreaming of summer: St Jerome’s Laneway Festival is on its way.
The one-day festival known for bringing out some of the hottest new acts alongside local talents. The name comes from the place where the festival first began: in a tiny Melbourne laneway. For many years Laneway resided at Footscray Community Arts Centre but will for the first time move to Footscray Park.
Alongside talented bilingual rapper Baker Boy and Melbourne's star from the northside Courtney Barnett, Laneway Festival 2019 will also see the super hot Gang of Youths plus Camp Cope, Methyl Ethel, Middle Kids, What So Not, Mitski, Jorja Smith, Ruby Fields, and more hit Melbourne on Saturday February 9.
