Time Out says

With a career that spans more than six decades, rock band Midnight Oil has certainly left its mark on Aussie music history. And after releasing one final album entitled Resist, the group is taking to stages across Australia for its final concert tour.

The group rose to fame around the same time as AC/DC and became renowned for putting out political ballads that addressed social justice issues facing Australia at the time. Think 'Beds Are Burning', a scathing criticism of the land stolen from Indigenous people, and 'Blue Sky Mine', inspired by the stories of miners who contracted illnesses from asbestos exposure.

The tour will kick off on February 23 in NSW before making its way to Rod Laver Arena on March 27, with support from Amyl and the Sniffers. For more information and to purchase tickets, head to the Ticketek website
