If you’re one of the many souls catching a flight this summer, your time at Melbourne Airport just got a lot more festive. Collingwood brewery pub Stomping Ground and Melbourne Airport have once again joined forces to open a pop-up bar at the airport.

Stomping Ground’s pop-up bar goes by the name Terminal 3 ½ (or just T3 ½), and it’s here you’ll find a great selection of craft beer from the brewery itself, as well as wines, cider and local soft drinks.

T3 ½ will also do brews of a different kind: coffee, thanks to fellow Collingwood institution Proud Mary. If you’d rather not take your chances with your in-flight meal, make sure you grab a bite from one of the rotating food trucks that will be set up at the pop-up.

During summer punters will be able to watch sporting events pre or post-flight on large screens while kicking back in deck chairs that are dotted around the garden.

You’ll find Stomping Ground’s Terminal 3 ½ pop-up bar between Terminal 3 and 4, right in front of where the SkyBus pick-up is. It will be open seven days a week from 7.30am until late.

ICYMI reisling slushies are summer's ultimate treat.
