Let’s face it: right now, travel ain't cheap. But just when we thought flight prices were only going up, Qantas has decided to surprise us with a massive nationwide sale. Starting today, the airline's latest domestic sale features more than 2 million discounted fares across Australia’s top cities and regional routes, with flights starting from just $99.
The one-week-only sale kicks off today (April 21) and ends at 11.59pm (AEST) on April 28, unless sold out prior. You won’t even have to travel during dud dates, with fares available through to March 2027. This includes the upcoming June long weekend and the busy winter school holidays – music to the ears of parents everywhere.
Whether you’re dreaming of a tropical beach escape, a fast-paced city break or a quiet regional retreat, Qantas’ sale fares likely have you covered. The cheapest one-way flights start at $99, with flights to Melbourne from Launceston, Devonport or Burnie all for less than a hundred dollars a pop. And for less than $140, you can also score seats from Melbs to the Gold Coast or Sydney.
All fares include checked baggage and complimentary food and drinks (score!), with business class sale fares also up for grabs from $299.
