Rooftop bar Johnny's Green Room sits pretty in the heart of Carlton above the King and Godfree building. If its sprawling views of Melbourne's CBD skyline, Aperol Spritz on tap and live DJs wasn't enough, it's now set to sling $10 classic Neapolitan thin-crust pizzas every Monday starting on March 1.

Available from noon to late, you can choose from classic Margherita, the Nu'pipi that comes with Calabrese salami, San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte, the vegetarian-friendly Verde with asparagus, spinach, zucchini and Parmigiano Reggiano, or the Puttanesca loaded with San Marzano tomatoes, olives, anchovies and capers. The chefs use 72-hour fermented dough to make the bases and crusts crisp which is essential to any Neapolitan-style pie.

Head up to Johnny's Green Room on level 2, 293-297 Lygon St, Carlton from midday until late every Monday to get a piece of the action.
