The AFL season is now in full swing and two CBD pubs have decided to celebrate. The Duke and the Wharf Hotel are hosting a bottomless footy-themed feast every Saturday and Sunday when AFL games are being played at either the MCG or Marvel Stadium.

Punters can sign up for this special package, which includes two hours of drinks (beer, wine and spirits are included), a half-time snack plus a pub classic for your main. You can choose from a classic parma, fish and chips, a club sandwich or a cheeseburger. The package kicks off at first bounce and you can watch the games live and loud on each pub’s big tele screens. (It’s a great alternative if you’ve missed tickets to the game, considering both stadiums are still operating at reduced capacity).

Both venues are close to the action, too – the Duke is walking distance from the MCG, and the Wharf Hotel is a short distance from Marvel Stadium – so it’s likely you’ll find more people heading here after the games.

The package will set you back $60 per person at the Duke and $50 per person at the Wharf Hotel. You can book a spot in advance at the Duke here and the Wharf here.
