Fat Chance Hotel (CLOSED)

Jerome Borazio – the guy behind Laneway Festival and St. Jerome's: the Hotel – has opened up Fat Chance Hotel on the former 1000 Pound Bend site. They are mixing a pub vibe with mirror balls and glossy black surfaces. Food-wise they are doing counter classics (schnitties with mash and cheeseburgers) alongside juicy fried chicken ribs, mac and cheese balls with chilli jam and pork crackling bowls to be enjoyed with beer. They are also hosting what they're calling the 'least shit' trivia each week, and there's surprise smoke machines and lasers.
