Time Out says

Fresh bahn mi and steaming bowls of pho are headed to Arts Centre Melbourne courtesy of Pho Nom’s Jerry Mai

The Asia TOPA festival is a massive multi-venue festival of theatre, visual arts, dance and discussions. Settling in for its inaugural year, Asia TOPA and Arts Centre Melbourne will be teaming up with three of Melbourne’s best chefs for three equally exciting dining experiences.

Heading up Arts Centre Melbourne's Café Vic will be the talented Jerry Mai, who you might know as the brains behind Pho Nom. Transforming the venue into a classic Vietnamese eatery, expect yummy bowls of pho, fresh rice paper rolls, grilled chicken lemongrass vermicelli salads, salt and pepper chicken ribs and bahn mi on serve for the masses.

Jerry has worked in a variety of Asia-focussed eatery across town, including Longrain and Gingerboy before opening two of her own eateries in Emporium and on Collins Street.

Be sure to pick up a bite at Café Vic before heading into the so-called 'club' for Asia TOPA, XO State.

Take your pick of the Asia TOPA lot with our hit list of highlights.
