Cult-favourite Korean dessert company Sulbing is popping up at Chadstone Shopping Centre for three months, and to celebrate it's putting on a giveaway from 5pm on February 10-13. Just in time for one of Melbourne's hottest weeks this summer, you can enjoy free bingsu, a dessert featuring a base of delicate ice shavings and ice cream piled high with toppings.
Take your tastebuds to Korea with the classic Injeolmi flavour, which features Korean rice cakes dusted in soybean powder, or try the bestselling bingsu topped with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, cheesecake and yoghurt powder. Not feeling ice cream? You can also try a slice of Sulbing's signature strawberry Swiss roll cake for free.
The pop-up will be at Calia Chadstone on the ground floor of Chadstone Shopping Centre. If you find yourself craving more Korean-style desserts after the giveaway ends, don't worry: the Sulbing pop-up will be available until April.
