Four chefs and four brewers come together for one lunch
Love a long lunch? The Arbory do too, and on Sunday May 14 they will be delivering a very special one. Good Beer Kitchen will see a collaboration between some of Victoria's most exciting chefs with Australia's top brewers.
Arbory's executive chef Nick Bennett will be joined by Matt Stone of Oakridge, Troy Wheeler from Meatsmith and Renee Trudeau from Gertrude Street Enoteca. They will each be allocated a brewery and will use beer as the special ingredient for each of the dishes they create.
Taking place as a part of Good Beer Week, the Australian brewers on board include Balter Brewing Company from Queensland and Pirate Life Brewing from South Australia, while Two Birds Brewing and Stomping Ground Brewing Co will be representing Victoria.
