Time Out says

[Sponsored] Treat yourself to a three-course progressive dinner created by some of Melbourne's top chefs at this Time Out Live event

Melbourne is a food city. Even when we're not eating we're talking about food, taking the perfect foodie Instagram or researching the last restaurant trend. We know how seriously Melburnians take food so Time Out is teaming up with experience curators Lime&Tonic to host an exclusive progressive dining experience.

The bespoke three-course dinner, which will come with matched wines, has been created by some of Melbourne's top chefs and will be held in a top secret location in Melbourne. Guests will start their evening with sparkling on arrival and canapés, followed by an entrée from one of Melbourne's most ambitious young chefs, Charlie Carrington, who opened his first restaurant Atlas Dining when he was just 22 years old. Next it's more canapés from Jarrod di Blasi, the head chef of award-winning restaurant Ezard, who will also be serving your main course. Finally your degustation experience will be finished with a dessert from Christy Tania of Glacé (who you've probably seen whipping up gravity-defying sweets on Masterchef).

Wine and dine with some of the city's best chefs in this exclusive, one-off event. A vegetarian menu is available and specific dietary requirements can also be catered for with notice.
