Piccolina Gelateria is opening a huge new store in Hawthorn

Fans of ice-cold gelato, hear our call: Artisanal gelateria Piccolina is expanding and building a bigger and better store on Glenferrie Road in time for summer.

The new venue will be located only 50 metres from the old Piccolina store, which opened in Hawthorn six years ago. The new, mega venue will house Piccolina’s range of 100 per cent natural gelato, which includes several dairy-free options including a rich dark chocolate flavour as well as weekly rotating specials.

On top of the gelato, the store will also sell frappes and thick shakes. Not only that, but there's also a whipped cream machine that you can use to top your gelato with, and a free-flowing chocolate tap filled with Piccolina's 'Better than Nutella' sauce. Willy Wonka, eat your heart out.
