What was once a questionable nightclub is now the Greville, a lush, restaurant and bar on Greville Street. There is a Champagne bar on entry, which leads to a modern-Australian restaurant headed by chef Casey Norman (ex-Cumulus Inc) serving dishes like asparagus in a burnt butter, tempura eggplant with okonomiyaki sauces and a Pocky stick-inspired dessert. Upstairs, you'll find a cocktail bar serving house originals from head bartender Alan Coop who has just returned from a stint in New York.
