Time Out says

Yawye's rainbow of fruity smoothies come with an abundance of healthy promises: "fountain of youth", "immunity" and "inner glow" – bonus points, they're delish

Yawye – an acroynm that stands for "You Are What You Eat" – might not be the easiest name to remember, but the smoothies you can buy from a brand new spot in the CBD certainly are.

Don't expect your average banana-bloob blend from this hole-in-the-wall wellness purveyor. These smoothie masters are taking things up a notch with ingredients you've probably only heard about on your fave health podcast. We're talking famed superfoods like chlorella, barley grass, lucuma, collagen and goji berries.

Innovatively crafted from recipes by health food expert Sarah Watson (once private chef to Roger Federer and Chris Hemsworth), Yawye's 'grammable elixirs come in a variety of eccentric flavours and hues – from the bright azure "Blue Lagoon", made with tropical fruits, marine collagen and vanilla bean paste to the gym buddy's best friend "Post Workout."

Watson swears by the "Cosmic Coffee", an iced espresso with the added benefits of cacao, MCT oil and almond butter, but if you're after the secret to everlasting beauty you should opt for the "Fountain of Youth," which combines the powers of sea moss and hemp seeds.

Feeling overwhelmed or not sure what you want? Just ask! The Yawye team are smoothie geniuses and are more than willing to whip up something to get your skin glowing, energy vibing or (insert desired wellness outcome.) Even if it's just to cure the hangover from hell, and hey – we've all been there. There are also a range of customisable acai bowls if you're in need of drinkable health in a more substantial form.

Go on, make your inner Hailey Biebs proud. More Melbourne stores are slated to open throughout 2024, with this CBD outlet being the first. For more info, check out Yawye's Instagram.
