Time Out says

Go clubbing on a weekday, because it's good for you

Luxe Port Melbourne health club Bodhi and Ride is teaming up with Melbourne CBD club Bond for a day of wellness clubbing. Yes, you heard it. Instead of throwing shapes on the dancefloor you'll saddle up for a high-intensity spin class complete with some light weight training, entirely set up on the dancefloor. The beats will even be brought to you by the resident DJs who regularly mixes sweet beats at Bond.

Afterwards, fit clubbers will settle in into a flow yoga session soundtracked with some bass-heavy deep house that aims to calm and strengthen the mind and body after all that rave riding. Finish off with some electric yin yoga, a slow paced practice that will focus on stretching the body.

Ditch the stilettos, slide into your activewear, and stick around for rounds of kombucha, protein balls and healthy treats by Lains & Co and Pressed Juices after this unique club experience.

UPDATE: The workout sessions are all booked out, but pop it to the after party at 2pm.
